Leasing & Applications
You can apply online through our website or visit our leasing office for assistance. All parties 18 years of age or older are required to complete an application and pay any and all applicable fees.
We require that you make 2 times the amount of the rent. WSHFC Tax Credit 30/50/60%
We require a completed application, valid photo ID, proof of income 2.0 the rent, and a background and credit check.
Yes, our application fee is $44 per applicant 18 year or older. This is non-refundable and covers the cost of screening
The standard security deposit is $300, but this may vary based on credit and rental history. Additional deposits apply for pets or other special circumstances.
Yes, we charge a holding deposit of $100, which covers the cost of processing your lease and preparing your move-in.
Rent & Payments
Rent is due on the 1st of each month. There is a grace period till the 6th of the month before late fees are assessed on the 7th
Rent can be paid online through our resident portal, by check,Money Order, or through automatic withdrawal.
Residents are responsible for some utilities charges that are charged in addition to the rent
Lease terms ranging from 6 to 12 months.
We offer flexible lease terms ranging from 6-12 months.

We require a 20 day written notice and a lease break fee that is 3 times the rent. There are additional details in your lease agreement.
Community Amenities
Yes. Residents can have one vehicle per lease holder. One reserved spot provided per household. Open parking first come first serve. No additional parking is available
There are no laundry facilities because our homes come with washer and dryer in the home.
While we currently don't offer a poll we do have a fitnenss center open 24/7, our community has a rooftop lounge with seating, a well-maintained environment that residents have City Views
Maintenance & Repairs
You can submit requests through the resident portal or by calling the leasing office during business hours. Emergency maintenance is available 24/7.
We aim to respond to all non-emergency requests within 24–48 hours.
